Refund Policy

At My Local Business in Calhoun, GA, we want you to love your clean home. If you are not happy with our work, we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Please notify us within 24 hours of your appointment if a specific area was missed or not cleaned to your expectations. We will send a team member back to re-clean those areas at no additional cost to you. If a re-clean is not possible or does not resolve the issue, we will evaluate the situation for a partial or full refund on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness.

Policies and Exclusions

While we strive for perfection, some items are non-refundable. We cannot offer refunds for services hindered by a lack of running water, electricity, or restricted access to the property. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee rather than a refund. Additionally, we do not provide refunds for specialized deep cleaning results on surfaces with permanent staining, heavy lime scale, or pre-existing damage that cannot be safely removed by standard professional cleaning methods.
