Terms and Conditions

Our House Rules

Welcome to My Local Business. These terms outline our commitment to you and your responsibilities as a client of Calhoun GA Cleaning. By booking with us, you agree to these rules which help us provide the best possible care for your home. We provide residential cleaning services according to the specific plan or checklist selected at the time of your booking. We strive for excellence, but please note that we do not offer services involving heavy lifting, exterior window cleaning, or hazardous material removal.

Booking, Access, and Safety Policy

We value our team's time. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please give us at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice or instances where we cannot access the home (no-show) may be subject to a late-cancellation fee. Regarding property access, please ensure we have a functional key, code, or entry plan. To keep everyone safe, we ask that pets be secured in a comfortable area away from the cleaning zones. Please put away any fragile or irreplaceable items before we arrive. Our team is trained to be careful, but we cannot be held liable for damage to items that were already loose or broken, or for general wear and tear of surfaces. Payment is due in full at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept various payment methods as listed on our checkout page.

Reviews, Privacy and Local Jurisdiction

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you aren't happy with a clean, let us know within 24 hours and we will return to fix the specific area at no extra cost. Our liability is limited to the total cost of the specific service provided. We love sharing our results, but we will only use photos of our work in your home or your reviews for marketing if you have given us express consent first. These terms may be updated occasionally to reflect changes in our business or local laws; we will notify you of significant changes via email or our website. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Last updated: May 8, 2026.
